    Delegate Swartzmiller moves to amend the Finance Committee Amendment on page 45, section 4, lines 2 through 6 by striking all of subsection (f) in its entirety and renumber existing subsection (g) as subsection (f);

    And,

    On page 45 section 4, lines 9 and 10, by following the word ”registered” by inserting a period and striking the remainder of the sentence;

    And,

    On page 58, section 12, by striking out subsection (a) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

    “(a) The net proceeds of all fines, penalties and forfeitures collected under this article, including accrued interest, shall be paid into a special revenue account, hereby created within the State Treasury, designated the “Aboveground Storage Tank Administrative Fund.”

    And,

    On page 60, section 13, lines 10 through 16 by striking subsection (b) in its entirety and re-lettering the remaining subsections in the section accordingly.
